PropLab is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We offer a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OctaTech Solutions LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
"AI Technology" means machine learning, deep learning, and other artificial intelligence technologies used to power PropLab's analysis features. "AI Input" means any data, prompts, or information you provide to our AI-powered features. "AI Output" means any content, analysis, valuations, or recommendations generated by our AI Technology.

All such information is stated in terms of probability based on available market data and should not be construed as investment advice or relied upon for critical decision making.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE REAL ESTATE, LEGAL, TAX, ACCOUNTING, INVESTMENT, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. No lawyer-client, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is created by your use of the Service. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any real estate investment or financial decisions.
PropLab uses data from third-party sources, public records, and user-submitted information. Such data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. We have not independently verified all underlying data used in our analyses. Changes in market conditions, underlying data, or operating assumptions will impact the accuracy of analyses and valuations. You acknowledge that data may be outdated, incomplete, or contain errors.
THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL AI OUTPUT, PROPERTY ANALYSES, AND VALUATIONS, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY.
PropLab provides property analysis tools for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of any information or AI Output provided. You acknowledge and agree that any decision (including any investment, purchase, sale, or lending decision) regarding or based on the use of any output, data, analysis, or recommendation from PropLab is made solely by, and at the sole and exclusive discretion of, you. You agree not to hold OctaTech Solutions LLC or its affiliates liable for any action, inaction, or decisions made based on information provided through the Service.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OCTATECH SOLUTIONS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OctaTech Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
