1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PropLab ("Service"), operated by OctaTech Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

PropLab is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.2 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid subscription.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OctaTech Solutions LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PropLab provides property analysis tools for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided. You should not rely solely on PropLab for investment decisions and should conduct your own due diligence.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OCTATECH SOLUTIONS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OctaTech Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
